About “Dreamthreads I”
I was standing in a green field, practicing a morning qigong meditation. My eyes were closed, and - quite suddenly - I felt myself riding on the back of a gigantic tiger, leaping through the sky. The experience was so visceral, so real, that I was compelled to recreate it as this painting.
So, this is an original chalk/pastel painting created for my own pure pleasure, the original now living in a client’s home.
